shipping & return policy

Shipping

​

Our Standard shipping method is through ground freight or common carrier, which can vary the shipping time. Once your order has been fulfilled and you receive a tracking number, it can take up to 7 days to arrive via ground shipping based on your location.

 

Expedited shipping is also available upon request.

Turnaround

​

Turnaround times, on average, are around 7 business days. Rush orders are also available upon request. Prolab Digital Imaging is not liable for any delays in production or turnaround times resulting from print files or proofs that are submitted or approved after 4 P.M. PT.

​

Business days are from Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Orders that are submitted on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will process the next business day. Prolab is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by delivery carriers. Orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failures, power outages, etc. Therefore, turnaround times are not guaranteed.

Proofs will be available for approval within 24 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

​

All sales are final. Orders are non-refundable once Prolab begins work on your order, which means Prolab has received the necessary materials (ie. digital files and payment) and started work on your job (ie. your job is in production).

​

Please note that Typesetting and Design services are non-refundable. Upon cancellation of an order, the customer is responsible for the full or partial cost of these services, depending on the time allocated to the project by our Design department.

Shipping Damage

​

We do our utmost to unsure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your items arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contents and contact us with your order number at sales@prolabdigital.com. Please include a photo showing the problem on the product as well as the shipping packaging. Without photos, our ability to file a claim with the carrier is dimished. Clear photos will also help us determine the best way to replace your product.

Reprints

​

We take pride in the work we produce. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us with your order number and as much information about how we can improve your product as possible. Our customer service team will be happy to work with you on a resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it automatically gets added to our queue and work begins immediately. Change and cancellations cannot be made once your project is in the queue.

​

Changes can be requested within one hour via our Contact Form, but can't be guaranteed. If you aren't sure about the best way to place your order, give us a call first - you can work personally with one of our team members to discuss your project, and we'll help you find the perfect print for your needs before you check out.
